S'mores Truffles

Here is another incredibly easy, but oh-so-delicious baked good! I don't know if you can technically call it "baked", however, because no oven is required! These store and ship quite well, and they get better the longer they sit!

Ingredients
1box Cinnamon Graham Crackers (or of your choice)
13oz Marshmallow Fluff
Melting Chocolate
White Chocolate (optional, to drizzle)

YIELD: ~3 Dozen

1. With a food processor, grind up the entire box of graham crackers. I only own a small one, and it takes about four crackers at a time.

2. Place the Marshmallow Fluff in a microwaveable safe bowl and heat in the microwave, fifteen seconds at a time, until runny. PLEASE NOTE that marshmallows have a tendency to explode if left unattended in the microwave, so watch diligently for a large, expanding white mass of sugar. The fluff will also get quite hot, so do be careful not to burn yourself.

3. Pour in to the crumbs and mix with a spoon until incorporated.

4. Form with your hands into small one-inch balls. You need to first squeeze a handful together to get it to stick together, and then roll it.

5. Pop in the freezer for about ten minutes.

6. Melt your chocolate in a large bowl, and then dip the balls in and let dry on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

7. Drizzle with white chocolate or other garnish, if you so desire.
