So this might be considered a cheater recipe, considering the fact that it isn't technically baked in any way, shape, or form. But it's easy, and cold, and a nice light recipe for hot summer days. And look how cute that little sundae dish is! I got it for a buck at the dollar store and had been searching for some way to use it..
Ingredients
Jello Pudding -- Butterscotch Flavored
Milk
Lite Cool Whip
White Chocolate Chips
I (obviously) made the pudding according to the box first--i.e. added two cups of milk and stirred really fast for three minutes. I layered mine: butterscotch, cool whip, chocolate chips, butterscotch, chocolate chips, cool whip. See? Like I said, super easy, but it feels more fancy than just eating pudding at home.
